By accessing or using InvoicePing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Use of the service
You may use InvoicePing to manage invoices, clients, and payment reminders for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with all applicable laws.
Accounts and billing
New accounts receive a 14-day trial from signup, without a card or automatic charge. Subscriptions cost $9 per month or $90 per year in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. You may cancel from Billing, retaining sending access through your paid period. After expiry, invoices, history, export, pause and mark-as-paid remain available. If you have questions about billing, contact us at support@invoiceping.io.
Reminder delivery
Review and activate each invoice before automatic sending. Sequences contain up to five enabled stages during weekday business hours in your chosen timezone. Mark invoices paid yourself: we do not detect payments or replies. Delivery, reading and payment are not guaranteed. An email already in transit cannot be recalled. Only use reminders for invoices you are entitled to collect from existing clients, and pause them when disputed. Sending limits are 50 reminders per account and 5 per recipient per rolling 24 hours, with at least 24 hours between reminders for an invoice. PDF attachments are limited to 4 MB each and 100 MB per account.
Limitation of liability
InvoicePing is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time from your account settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
