Start with the CSV import template
Use this free file to prepare existing unpaid invoices for InvoicePing. Replace the example row with your invoice details. This is an import format, not a spreadsheet with payment tracking formulas. No account is needed to download it.

Keep creating invoices in your current tool. Export only unpaid invoices as CSV, use the template columns and upload up to 100 rows at a time. InvoicePing previews invoice numbers, client emails, amounts and due dates before import. New rows become drafts with reminders inactive, so you can review each invoice before it contacts a client.
One view for money still owed
Separate upcoming, due, overdue, and paid invoices. Amounts stay in their original currencies, so totals never mix dollars, euros, and pounds.
A timeline for every invoice
Open any invoice to see the payment details and reminder history. You can send a manual follow-up when a project needs a personal touch.
Know what needs your attention
Filter the list by unpaid, overdue, upcoming or paid invoices and search by invoice or client. The dashboard highlights drafts, overdue invoices and delivery issues. Open the invoice to review the history, pause until a promised payment date or mark it paid after checking your bank or payment provider.
A spreadsheet or a reminder tracker?
A spreadsheet is enough if you have a few invoices and reliably follow up yourself. Keep columns for invoice number, client contact, original amount, currency, due date, payment status and next follow-up date. A dedicated tracker becomes useful when you keep reopening that sheet to decide what to chase. InvoicePing adds scheduled reminders, but payment status still needs your manual confirmation.
