InvoicePing is operated by BRB Digital, France (SIREN 109 149 302). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name and email address, the invoice and client data you enter, PDFs you upload, the exact content and delivery status of reminders, and account-level product events (signup, activation, sending, payment status and subscription) used to operate and evaluate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve InvoicePing, send reminders on your behalf, process subscription payments, and communicate important service updates.
Service providers and purposes
Netlify hosts the site, Supabase stores application data and PDFs, Amazon Web Services SES delivers emails and attached PDFs, and Polar handles subscription checkout and billing. Google handles sign-in if you choose it. Account and reminder processing is necessary to provide the service; delivery suppression and operational events help prevent abuse and assess service reliability. Invoice recipients’ data is processed on your instructions; only upload data you are authorized to use.
Your data and choices
You can export your invoices and history, download PDFs and delete your account in Settings. App records remain available while your account exists, including after trial expiry. Account deletion removes the associated client, invoice, PDF and reminder records from the application database. Payment providers may retain billing records under their own obligations. Minimal recipient suppression records may remain to prevent further unwanted emails. Contact support@invoiceping.io to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about processing. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Data security
Invoice and PDF access requires an authenticated account and ownership checks. PDFs are stored privately and attached to the reminder emails you authorize; no public document portal is created.
Cookies
InvoicePing uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
