Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of full access without entering a card. Choose a monthly or yearly plan to continue after the trial.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can change your billing interval from your account billing settings at any time. The change will take effect at your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. After canceling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Additional local payment methods may be available depending on your region.

Can I pause my subscription?

We do not currently support pausing. You can cancel anytime and resubscribe later. Your account data is preserved so you can pick up right where you left off.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no setup, per-client or per-reminder fees. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Sending and storage limits are included in the plan details above.

Is there a discount for teams or nonprofits?

InvoicePing is currently built and priced for independent consultants. Team billing and shared workspaces are not part of this version.
